We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Full Sales Cycle) to drive new revenue by owning the entire sales process — from first conversation to closed deal.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships. You will lead discovery calls and presentations, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close new business. This position plays a critical role in new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Remote position$4,000 - $5,000 (Monthly) base salaryKey Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative (Full Sales Cycle), you will:

  • Run discovery calls and product/service presentations with qualified prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract signature
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying process
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast revenue accurately in the CRM
  • Negotiate contracts and close new client partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent with professionalism and credibility in the B2B market

Requirements

The following skills and experience will make you a strong candidate:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or Account Executive roles
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and/or professional services sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers
  • Experience working with SDRs or Lead Generation teams to close qualified opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
