Remote Senior Financial Analyst
A major global technology platform is looking for a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join their Research and Development finance division. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to act as a key financial consultant for leadership teams across product development and business technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy through advanced modeling and investment analysis. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have a service oriented approach and the ability to navigate a fast paced, evolving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive financial planning and prepare leadership for executive reviews.
- Drive global headcount planning and modeling initiatives.
- Handle monthly financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Construct and maintain precise monthly and quarterly budgets and forecasts.
- Execute special strategic projects to assist senior management in decision making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, competitive benchmarks, and operational trends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience, or 5 years with a Bachelor degree, or 3 years with a Master degree.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a demonstrated history of building complex financial models.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on data driven problem solving.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines within a complex business structure.
Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range for this position is determined by geographic location and experience levels.
- Tier One regions range from 77,000 to 115,000 USD.
- Tier Two regions range from 86,000 to 128,000 USD.
- Tier Three regions range from 94,000 to 142,000 USD.
