ADP Lyric Project Manager

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Project Management Practice .Responsibilities:

• Guide client through HCM vendor transition to ADP Lyric
• Drive client deliverables for on-time live date
• Provide expert level knowledge to client in full HCM build
• Design best practice solutions for ongoing system optimization

**Required Qualification(s):**Lyric Implementation Project Management experience

• Demonstrated ability in workflow building
• Work in team environment with client/vendor and consultants
• Technical expertise and knowledge of downstream affects inside HCM workflows
• Holistic view of organizational structures

Preferred Qualification(s):

• ADP Lyric project management experience
• Ability to be a resource to qualified team
• Identify knowledge gaps in processes and communicate effectively

Level of Effort:

Part time, 20 hours per week

Working Hours:

US based Time zones preferred
