Ecommerce Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales channels, analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, maintaining the ecommerce website, coordinating with the marketing team to implement online sales strategies, and using analytical tools to monitor website performance and sales metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
