About the Opportunity:
The FP&A MANAGER will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization by delivering strategic financial insights and accurate analysis. This position is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting processes and developing models that support key business decisions, contributing directly to the organization’s financial health and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and investment analysis
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and variances
- Provide financial guidance and decision support across teams
- Improve processes to enhance financial planning and reporting efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Over 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with proven stakeholder management in a technology environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Target base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus and equity, with final offers influenced by various factors including location and experience
