2. About the Opportunity: The Remote Human Resources Manager role is responsible for supporting field and corporate teams with a focus on associate relations, frontline recruitment, training, and diversity initiatives. This position plays a key role in managing employee relations, reducing turnover, providing HR training, and implementing recruitment strategies, contributing directly to the organization''s workforce effectiveness and operational success.



3. Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and conduct management training on topics such as terminations, sexual harassment, and performance management.
  • Investigate associate relations issues and advise management on appropriate resolutions.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee separations.
  • Recommend strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represent the organization in personnel-related hearings and investigations when necessary.
  • Support internal customer surveys and associate satisfaction feedback processes.
  • Participate in operational meetings to increase HR visibility and implement HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct management training for interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Assist managers in developing recruitment plans to increase qualified applicant flow.
  • Support outreach efforts at schools, organizations, community events, and job fairs.
  • Provide direct assistance in critical markets and support shared service centers.
  • Identify critical needs areas and take steps to resolve problems.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and relevant management training.
  • Perform HR assessments.
  • Prepare and present HR topics at workshops and trainings.
  • Regularly conduct HR trainings such as Sexual Harassment and Progressive Discipline.
  • Support HR business plans by participating in operational meetings.



4. Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Two to five years of multi-unit HR generalist and associate relations experience.
  • Experience in high customer contact environments.
  • Ability to analyze scientific, technical, financial, and legal documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data and draw conclusions.
  • Preferred SPHR or PHR certification.



5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:



  • Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
  • Potential bonus available.
