About the Opportunity:
The REVENUE OPERATIONS & STRATEGY ANALYST role is designed to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency by developing and optimizing sales strategies and tools. This position is central to supporting go-to-market teams through data-driven insights and strategic analysis, directly influencing revenue growth and operational effectiveness within the commercial organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine customer segmentation and sales strategies to target key market segments effectively
- Produce and present detailed field coverage and performance reports
- Analyze sales territory data to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement
- Manage inquiries related to sales performance, account assignments, and plans
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Build and maintain analytical models supporting revenue strategy including quota setting and capacity planning
- Translate sales data into actionable insights to guide go-to-market priorities
- Create scenario and growth models quantifying revenue impacts of strategic decisions
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards for sales leaders
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Sales leadership on planning and tracking strategic objectives
- Lead strategic projects to improve processes and drive revenue initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to optimize business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategy, revenue or sales operations in technology or financial services
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent program management and multitasking abilities
- Skilled in problem-solving and executive communication
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The pay range for this full-time position is $87,290.00 - $148,390.00, with actual pay determined by skills, experience, education, and location.
