Project Manager Assistant (Remote)

TE Digital is a digital marketing and communication agency working with both local and international clients. We help businesses grow through social media communication, digital advertising, communication strategies, and consulting.

As our team is growing, we’re looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support daily client work and content-related tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Writing content for social media and digital communication
• Planning and coordinating social media content
• Preparing reports and campaign summaries
• Assisting with content creation (copy, ideas, basic visuals)
• Updating content on client websites (e.g., WordPress)
• Supporting project management and client communication daily

What we’re looking for

• Strong Latvian and English skills (written and spoken)
• Good writing skills and the ability to structure information clearly
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Responsible, organised, and comfortable working remotely
• Ability to manage time and deadlines independently

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Apps
• Previous experience in marketing, communication, or an agency environment
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or analytics (Meta, Google, Insights)
