This is an ownership role.
You will be responsible for turning a fast-moving, founder-led creator business into a structured, data-driven, AI-first operation—where projects move on time, systems are clean, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Your success is measured by one thing:

The Role Overview
This role exists to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-moving creative business so that:
- Projects move forward without constant follow-up
- Contractors deliver on time and at a high standard
- Leadership decisions are based on data—not guesswork
- Systems replace chaos
You will act as the operational backbone of the company, owning execution across media, education, and internal systems.
Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)
You are accountable for:
- Owning project execution across all active initiatives (content, brand, tech, internal ops)
- Managing contractors to ensure deadlines are met and standards are maintained
- Building and maintaining a centralized operating system (Notion) as the company’s source of truth
- Creating KPI dashboards, reporting systems, and performance tracking across the business
- Driving AI and automation adoption to reduce manual work and increase speed
This is ownership of outcomes—not task management.

This role requires ownership across people, systems, and performance—not execution support.
You should have:
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or systems ownership in a fast-paced business
- Strong track record managing contractors and cross-functional workflows
- Advanced ability in spreadsheets, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Experience building or maintaining operating systems (Notion or similar)
- Confidence working autonomously in a founder-led environment
- Strong interest in AI tools and workflow automation
Bonus: Background in creator businesses, media, online education, or digital productsTools / Environment
You’ll work across:
- Notion (core operating system)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Project management tools
- Slack / WhatsApp communication
