We are partnering with a growing organization in the digital infrastructure sector seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support its expanding portfolio of data center and infrastructure assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance, real estate, or investment professional looking to gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, transaction analysis, and investment decision-making.

The Acquisition Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to support the identification, evaluation, tracking, and prioritization of potential acquisition opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets while supporting an active transaction pipeline.

This position offers the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, investment analysis, and corporate development as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Pipeline Management

  • Build, maintain, and prioritize a comprehensive database of potential acquisition targets.
  • Track opportunities throughout the acquisition pipeline, including deal status, due diligence requirements, key milestones, and next steps.
  • Organize financial, operational, market, and asset-level information to support investment evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable reporting on active and prospective acquisition opportunities.

Financial Analysis & Investment Screening

  • Conduct preliminary financial screening of acquisition targets using established investment criteria and return thresholds.
  • Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Gather and validate financial inputs, assumptions, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain comparable transaction data and market intelligence to support acquisition decisions.
  • Help identify opportunities that warrant additional financial analysis and due diligence.

Transaction Support & Reporting

  • Prepare investment screening memorandums, transaction summaries, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather financial, operational, and market information.
  • Support initial due diligence activities and organize transaction-related documentation.
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility into the acquisition pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data management, reporting processes, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in a relevant analytical or transaction-focused role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience managing financial data, databases, trackers, or pipeline reporting tools.
  • Foundational financial analysis skills and an understanding of basic investment metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Commercial real estate acquisitions or asset analysis.
  • Commercial real estate lending or credit analysis.
  • Investment banking or commercial banking analyst programs.
  • Real estate brokerage or transaction support.
  • Junior underwriting or financial modeling.
  • Corporate development, FP&A, or strategic finance.
  • Experience supporting acquisition pipelines or transaction due diligence.
  • Interest in data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, or related asset classes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Analytical Curiosity: Enjoys evaluating financial information, identifying trends, and understanding what makes an investment opportunity attractive.

  • Initiative & Ownership: Comfortable taking responsibility for deliverables and working with limited direction.
