Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst to support client projects in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation. This position is remote, project-based, and offers flexible working hours based on assignment timelines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle structured datasets for retail and operations-related use cases
• Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data preparation and querying
• Build dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Contribute to weekly reporting cycles and insight delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams on project-specific objectives and timelines
• Ensure that outputs align with real-world business KPIs and metrics

Who We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of hands-on experience in data analysis, business reporting, or data operations
• Working knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and SQL querying techniques
• Experience using Power BI / Tableau to visualize and interpret data
• Solid understanding of basic KPIs and performance metrics in business settings
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset, especially in remote project work

Compensation
