What you'll do

  • Manage Message Ads (InMail), Lead Gen Forms, Website Retargeting & Matched Audiences, Sponsored Content, and other LinkedIn advertising tools.
  • Build a full-funnel strategy — from awareness to conversion.
  • Integrate LinkedIn campaigns into the overall media mix (Google Ads, Meta, content marketing).
  • Align paid campaigns with BDM outreach efforts to maximize qualified lead flow.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reduce CPL, and improve conversion rates.
  • Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences to continuously optimize performance.

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience promoting B2B brands via LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS / fintech funnels and lead nurturing.
  • Proven track record with real case studies you can present and discuss.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
  • Strategic mindset
  • English level: B2 or higher. Russia and French as additional plus

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating LinkedIn campaigns with CRM and lead tracking.
  • Understanding of outbound sales processes and Sales Navigator.
  • Experience building joint marketing strategies with sales teams.
