About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and communicate the visual identity of Cure Hydration across multiple channels. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with our brand standards and resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling designs for packaging, digital platforms, social media, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials. Your role involves managing multiple projects from conception through production, ensuring all assets are optimized for both print and digital use. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, and brand consistency, along with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual stories. This position provides hands-on experience with production-level work and the chance to contribute to impactful projects that elevate our brand presence. You will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment that values innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, composition, and branding
- Experience designing for digital and print media, including social media assets, web graphics, and packaging
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce production-ready files
- Ability to interpret and maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, especially in a remote work environment
- Understanding of social media platforms and content performance trends
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high-quality visual assets that adhere to Cure’s brand standards, including packaging, website graphics, social media content, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, and presentations
- Manage design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, contribute to design systems, and develop templates for consistent application
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop concepts and iterate designs efficiently
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to produce engaging, on-brand materials for various channels and campaigns
- Stay informed about current design trends, digital best practices, and competitor work to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Ensure all assets are optimized for digital and print formats, maintaining pixel-perfect quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating progress and challenges clearly
