Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator. This flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make an impact across marketing and hiring efforts. We are a logistics startup who is looking for someone who can collaborate well with the leadership team and be proactive.

What You'll Do:

• Design and create marketing materials, including pitch decks, flyers, and one-pagers
• Help manage and improve our website (content updates, visuals, layout)
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist with candidate sourcing
• Support general recruiting tasks, including screening and scheduling
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a consistent brand and hiring strategy

Who You Are:

• A self-starter with strong design and communication skills
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Suite, Wix/Squarespace, etc.
• Familiar with job platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others
• Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Experience in a startup or small business setting is a plus
• Experience in logistics / trucking industry a plus

Details:

• Remote or Salt Lake City office
• $20/hour
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)
