As a Business Development Manager, you'll work as an independent contractor using our established platform, digital tools, and educational programmes to build your own client base and income stream. You'll be supported by experienced mentors, a structured training programme, and a business model that has been refined over many years.

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll be applying your existing professional skills — communication, leadership, relationship-building — within a working system that directly rewards your effort.

What your day-to-day looks like

This role suits people who are self-directed and thrive without a manager looking over their shoulder. On a typical basis, you'll be:

  • Connecting with prospective clients through digital marketing and online outreach
  • Conducting phone and video conversations to understand client goals and present our programmes
  • Following a structured, proven sales and onboarding process
  • Mentoring and supporting others in the business as your network grows
  • Managing your own schedule — when you work, where you work, and how you grow
