REMOTE Supply Chain Director | Healthy Snacks Brand

My client is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead their end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and sourcing through commercialization and distribution. This role is critical to supporting their rapid growth as they continue to innovate new and exciting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee planning, procurement, production, logistics, and fulfillment, ensuring operational excellence across the full supply chain.
• Procurement & Sourcing: Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure cost-effective, high-quality ingredients and packaging aligned with brand values.
• Commercialization: Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to seamlessly launch new products, ensuring supply chain readiness, scalability, and speed-to-market.
• Optimization & Scalability: Implement processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, manage working capital, and support aggressive business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key business partner across Finance, Sales, and Marketing, aligning supply chain strategies with commercial goals and customer expectations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of 3 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in food, beverage, or CPG; startup or high-growth brand experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in procurement, sourcing, demand/supply planning, logistics, and commercialization.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; able to translate data into strategy and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to build structure while scaling.
• Ability to work AND lead a team in a REMOTE environment
• 10% annual travel required nationally to contract manufacturers, suppliers, and quarterly meet-ups

Offering:

• $160,000 - $190,000 base salary range (pending on experience)
• 20% annual bonus target
