Weâre seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep post-production experience to help onboard, support, and grow relationships with our most important customers. đŻ What Youâll Do
- Own end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding and training through adoption and expansion.
- Serve as a trusted partner to video editors, post-production teams, and creative leadsâhelping them integrate AI tools into their workflows.
- Lead implementation and rollout plans tailored to each customerâs unique editing environment.
- Deliver hands-on support and best practices for optimizing workflows with our platform.
- Advocate for customer needs across Product and Engineering teams.
- Monitor account health and usage, proactively resolving issues and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and support the sales process as needed.
â What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or post-production roles
- Professional experience with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, video formats, and creative team dynamics
- Excellent communication and client-facing skillsâable to guide, teach, and build trust
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting instincts
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
â Bonus Skills
- Experience in a SaaS or media technology environment
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Frame.io, or remote editing workflows
- Passion for emerging technology, especially at the intersection of AI and creativity
