Marketing Executive

• Location: Remote – National with some travel if required.
• Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week
• Salary: £26,000 per annum

We’re Educationwise, an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship provider working across sport, business, leadership, teaching and sales. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to take the reins of our website and digital presence.

The Role

• Take ownership of our WordPress website (using Elementor) keeping it updated, fresh and aligned with campaigns
• Grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Create and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads or LinkedIn InMail) to drive employer leads
• Develop and deliver email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
• Ensure our digital brand is consistent, engaging and on-message
• Collaborate with the team to create content, visuals and marketing assets
• Use data and insights to report on performance and shape future activity

Required Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
• Demonstratable experience of running paid ad campaigns (Google, Linkedin or Meta) with measurable success
• 2+ Years experience managing a corporate social media page
• 1+ Year experience with Mailchimp or a similar email platform
• 2+ Years experience with Canva or Photoshop
• Strong client facing communication skills

Desirable

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related subject or Level 4 Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Marketing
• Experience in the education, apprenticeships or training sector
• Experience managing a WordPress site (ideally with Elementor)
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads or LinkedIn InMail
