Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Project Management – Take a lead role in all IT Project Management activities (content, planning, budget), aligned with Logistics standard approach and best practices.
• Team Leadership – Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, ensuring IT team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Manhattan implementation - Oversee deployment of Manhattan Associates solutions (OMS + WMS), ensuring seamless migration from legacy IT landscape to the target solution.
• Communication – Act as the primary IT point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Stakeholders Management – Build strong connections with customers and internal business stakeholders to ensure project success within a pro-active relationship.
• Change Management – Monitor post-implementation performance and address, during Hypercare, any issues or enhancements as needed.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance – Ensure IT Teams deliver required IT solutions with a very high-level of quality and testing to avoid any business disruptions.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in IT project management, with a focus on WMS, OMS, and integration solutions
• Strong logistics/supply chain knowledge
• Proven experience with Manhattan Associates OMS / WMS implementation
• Experience managing large-scale WMS migration projects
• Strong ability to manage concurrent projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000- $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
