🎯 Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base across Europe. You’ll be at the forefront of the sales cycle — identifying prospects, building trust, and closing deals that matter. You’ll work closely with our international support team to deliver real value to our customers.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Identify top-performing affiliates and direct advertisers to develop new business opportunities and close deals
  • Maintain productive and professional relationships with existing clients and grow their business
  • Understand client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and deliver real impact
  • Data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performances of the campaigns
  • Negotiation of pricing, contractual obligations, and daily email volume requirements of affiliate & direct advertisers partnerships. 

🧠What You Bring

  • Fluency in German & English
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in digital marketing or SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques
  • Confident using Salesforce and MS Office
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Background in telemarketing or email marketing? That’s a bonus!
