Business Development Manager (Esports)RemoteVieforit.com – CS2 Tournament PlatformVieforit.com is a growing tournament platform focused on Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), organizing recurring competitions, leagues, and dedicated projects for commercial partners. We are building esports infrastructure that connects gaming, technology, and marketing.Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a:Business Development Manager (Sales & Partnerships Manager)Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring partners and sponsors (gaming, tech, betting, FMCG, lifestyle sectors)
- Building and developing B2B relationships
- Preparing sponsorship and partnership proposals
- Negotiating terms of cooperation
- Achieving sales targets
- Cooperating with the marketing and operations teams during campaign execution
- Contributing to the platform’s monetization strategyRequirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of independence and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the gaming/esports market is a strong advantage
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English
- Strong organizational skills (100% remote work)Nice to have:
- Existing network within the marketing or gaming industry
- Experience in sponsorship sales
- Understanding of performance marketing modelsWe offer:
