Our small but mighty Content Development Team partners with leading Australian organisations to design high-quality, creative, and interactive eLearning. Every project we take on is an opportunity to blend instructional design, technology, and visual storytelling into something exceptional.

We’re now looking for a Learning Designer who’s confident in Articulate 360, has strong graphic design capability, and thrives in an autonomous, creative role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Apply proven instructional design principles to create memorable, learner-centred experiences
• Bring creativity to every course from layouts to imagery, animations, and interactivity
• Collaborate closely with our Creative Director and experienced content team to meet timelines and client goals
• Be responsible for multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Support the continuous improvement of our templates, style guides, and creative approach

About You

You’re a creative problem solver who:

• Has hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise)
• Brings strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar)
• Understands the art and science of instructional design
• Enjoys working remotely, independently, and collaboratively within a tight-knit team
• Takes pride in producing visually engaging, learner-driven solutions
• Is passionate about all things eLearning and loves finding new ways to make learning stick

Experience

• 2–3+ years in instructional design, learning development, Articulate development
• Ideally, Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, or related field
• Articulate Certified Training completion is highly regarded
• Graphic design experience or portfolio showcasing layout and visual creativity
