$55 $80/hour | ~20 hours per week | RemoteKey Responsibilities

• Develop scenarios covering employee inquiries, policy interpretation, and benefits questions
• Build lifecycle workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration
• Evaluate HRIS processes such as data updates and eligibility-based enrollments
• Create deterministic rubrics with clear, verifiable outcomes
• Review HR artifacts including policy responses, change forms, and leave decisions

Core Requirements

• Strong expertise in HR operations or people operations workflows
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits administration, or compliance frameworks
• Ability to interpret and produce HR documentation with precision
• High attention to detail with consistent rule-based decision-making
• Clear, structured written communication with step-by-step reasoning
