About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dutch Claim Handler Property/Auto to join our Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to claims experts and the claims management team, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of insurance claims.

The successful candidate will be fluent in both Dutch and English, possess strong organizational skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain claim files, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and compliant with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between claims experts, insured parties, and insurers to support the efficient handling and resolution of claims.
  • Enter, update, and manage information within company databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support the claims management team and business needs.
  • Verify the regularity and completeness of subscriptions and perform careful follow-up actions in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping optimize administrative workflows and processes.

Qualifications

Required

  • University degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in claims administration, insurance operations, or administrative support within a claims environment.
  • Experience handling Property and/or Auto insurance claims.
