Creative Services Manager (Contract)Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Location: Remote, USA
  • Rate: $40-45/hour

We're seeking an experienced Creative Services Manager to join the creative team of a fast-growing DTC personal care brand during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. You'll be the operational backbone of the creative department—managing workflows, timelines, and resources across digital and print projects for multiple brand portfolios.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-paced DTC environment while building strong cross-functional relationships. You'll be managing high-volume digital production (think batched email campaigns, retail PDPs, and performance creative) alongside print and retail activations—all while keeping multiple teams and stakeholders aligned.

What You'll Do:Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage daily digital production workflows with a focus on email campaigns, paid social assets, and e-commerce content
  • Oversee print projects and retail activations, ensuring seamless coordination across channels
  • Implement and maintain efficient review cadences and approval processes
  • Allocate resources strategically across a team of senior and junior designers and copywriters working on multiple brands

Production & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate photoshoot logistics from planning through execution
  • Manage invoice processing and vendor contract administration
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships to improve creative brief quality and stakeholder communication
  • Support omnichannel campaign launches requiring tight coordination between digital, print, and retail touchpoints

Team Support & Leadership

  • Provide indirect management and day-to-day guidance to designers and copywriters
  • Act as the operational partner to creative leadership during a period of team restructuring
  • Champion processes that balance creative excellence with business efficiency
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment during organizational change

What We're Looking ForRequired:

  • 4-5+ years of creative project management experience in CPG, DTC, or agency environments
  • Strong digital production management background with experience managing high-volume workflows
  • Print production experience and understanding of retail activation requirements
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects, brands, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
  • A "velvet hammer" approach—friendly and collaborative but firm on deliverables and timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with cross-functional partners
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools and creative workflow platforms

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with photoshoot production and coordination
  • Familiarity with retail placement requirements (PDP imagery, packaging, point-of-sale materials)
  • Background working through organizational restructuring or rapid growth periods
  • Experience managing workstreams across multiple brands simultaneously
