• Apply practical banking and customer transaction experience to create realistic scenarios
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of teller operations
• Review and refine task content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written feedback

Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Teller
• Strong experience handling customer transactions and banking procedures
• Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
