Position: Production & Post-Production Specialist

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Project-based contract with potential ongoing collaborations

Commitment: Flexible, typically 30–40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):

• Oversee and structure multimedia production pipelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for visual and narrative coherence.
• Design and refine visual effects to enhance overall production value and polish.
• Review AI-generated multimedia outputs, providing expert evaluation for realism, quality, and artistic integrity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI teams while delivering high-quality independent work.

Qualifications:

• Strong professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production.
• Proven track record in producing, directing, or post-production supervision roles.
• Expertise with industry-standard production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Nuke.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in continuity and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.
