What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying trends in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these findings into innovative approaches that transform English language instruction and literary interpretation.
• Building AI-driven applications that respond to diverse learning preferences, rendering grammar comprehensible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis attainable for learners across all proficiency levels.
• Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust in real-time, leading students from phonics through the interpretation of complex literary works, ensuring every learner advances at the most effective rate.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, language specialists, and AI professionals to expand the possibilities of language instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
• Converting both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enriched learning experiences that educate students while cultivating their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Generate quantifiable improvements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and application, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
