Crystal Clear Financial Services is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for an adviser with at least 2 years' experience who is confident advising on both mortgage and protection products and, importantly, has the drive to build business within their local community.
This Is Not Just a Lead-Provided Role
Whilst qualified leads will be provided, we are looking for someone who can actively create additional opportunities through:
✅ Local networking and relationship building
✅ Referrals from existing clients
✅ Connections with estate agents, introducers and local businesses
✅ Social media and community engagement
✅ Proactive lead generation activity within their local area
We're looking for someone who understands that the most successful advisers don't simply wait for leads. They actively build their reputation, network and client base to maximise their earning potential.
What You'll Need
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
✔ CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
✔ Strong protection knowledge and sales capability
✔ Experience generating business through networking, referrals and self-sourced leads
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a remote environment
✔ Ambitious with a genuine desire to grow and progress within a developing business
