Head of Revenue Operations – Cyber/Data | Remote (UK-Based)

Our client, a high-growth startup in the cybersecurity and data space, is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to build and scale their revenue operations function. This is a remote role open to candidates based in the UK.

As the Head of RevOps, you will be responsible for aligning and optimizing the company’s go-to-market (GTM) engine across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will lead strategy and execution around reporting, forecasting, process design, and tech stack management to enable scalable, predictable growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in startup environments, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence across GTM functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, working across sales, marketing, and CS
  • Develop and manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting
  • Streamline GTM processes and drive operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle
  • Oversee CRM and GTM tech stack implementation, adoption, and optimization
  • Partner with leadership on territory planning, compensation design, and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in RevOps or related operations roles within B2B SaaS, ideally in cyber or data
  • Proven experience in early-stage or scaling startups
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of GTM workflows
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales/marketing tools
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
