Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Virtual Assistant at Doc2Build, LLC. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our team, ensuring seamless project coordination and day-to-day operations. Tasks may include scheduling and calendar management, document preparation, data entry, correspondence, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will assist in organizing files, preparing reports, and performing research to gather information required for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and document preparation
  • Proficiency in data entry, file organization, and report generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to handle correspondence and support effective stakeholder interactions
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, task management tools, virtual communication platforms)
  • Familiarity with construction, BIM, or architectural processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
