We're looking for a US-based, part-time designer (Growth & Performance) to work closely with our hands-on agency and early stage start ups clients, who operate at a fast pace. 

The role will balance high-quality craft and crisp execution with agility and speed to iterate and learn. You may be a good match if you love to generate and test creative quickly, monitoring the latest social and UA design trends to drive big impact across still imagery and video. You understand how to appeal to different segments, are able to take calculated design risks, and know how to look beyond the numbers to understand what customers really want and will engage with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs for paid social ads into winning create with still imagery, motion graphics and video for short-form content
  • Interest and understanding of eCommerce, healthcare & advertising trends of today's media landscape, and how people engage with advertising.
  • Design and produce high converting marketing assets, including but not limited to paid social media graphics & digital ads.
  • Drive end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to final deployment, ensuring quality and brand consistency throughout.
  • Develop innovative, on-brand creative concepts for the Growth Marketing team, including static and motion ads, marketing emails, and social media assets.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-focused companies
  • An up-to-date digital portfolio demonstrating proficiency in performance creative 
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & After Effects) 
  • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
  • Highly organized, and able to multitask
  • Effective in time management, working on multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality brand standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly
  • Proactive and highly motivated team player
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A portfolio or selection of past work to share
