Client Relationship Manager

We're Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (Remote, Part-Time) Remote | Flexible | UK hours preferred 15–25 hours/week Enviary is a boutique email and retention marketing agency helping eCommerce brands turn browsers into loyal buyers. We’re growing—and looking for people-first pros who know how to manage client expectations, build great relationships, and bring clarity between clients and creative teams. If you’re organised, empathetic, and love helping brands grow, this one’s for you. --- What You’ll Do: Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients Translate client needs into clear actions for internal teams (design, copy, strategy) Lead regular check-ins, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction Track performance, flag bottlenecks, and proactively offer solutions Own timelines, ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with expectations --- You’ll Thrive If You Have: 3-5 years of client-facing experience (agency or eComm brand = bonus!)
