About Flying Goose Consulting Group

Flying Goose Consulting Group works exclusively with property management firms (5–100 employees) to uncover operational weaknesses that cause profit slippage and revenue leakage. Our engagements typically deliver 5–8% EBITDA improvement without adding headcount or new systems.

We sell paid diagnostics and follow-on operational consulting directly to ownership.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-only role designed for experienced business development professionals who want high take-home earnings and autonomy.

You will originate and qualify opportunities within the property management industry, then introduce qualified prospects to the founder. You are not responsible for closing or delivery.

How You Get Paid

  • 35% commission on all revenue from accounts you source
  • Commission applies to:
  • Initial paid diagnostics
  • Follow-on consulting work for 6–12 months
  • Uncapped earningsEarnings Reality (Example)
  • 3–5 sourced clients/month
  • Average engagement value: $20K–$40K
  • Rep take-home: $7,000–$14,000 per client
  • $30,000+/month achievable for consistent performers

Responsibilities

  • Target property management firms with 5–100 employees
  • Engage owners, CEOs, COOs, and CFOs
  • Outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals
  • Conduct 10–15 minute qualification conversations
  • Confirm prospects understand this is paid consulting
  • Book qualified diagnostic calls with the founder
  • Provide clean handoff notes

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years B2B sales or business development
  • Property management, real estate, SaaS, or consulting exposure
  • Comfortable discussing EBITDA, cost leakage, staffing, vendors
  • Self-directed and disciplined
  • Existing industry relationships strongly preferred

This Role Is NOT

  • Appointment setting
  • High-volume cold calling
  • Script-only sales
  • A junior sales role

This role fits senior independent reps, fractional BD professionals, or industry insiders.
