We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and ensure smooth project execution in Germany. JobStock specializes in providing high-quality construction crews for projects across Europe. Our services include:
- Electrical work
- Drywall installation (walls and ceilings)
- Painting work
- Demolition
- Concrete and rebar work
- Fiber optic and pipe installation (in-ground)
- Bricklaying
- Solar panels system installation
What we offer
- Contract-based work.
- Competitive salary starting from 2,000 EUR/month with no upper limit. You earn 1 EUR per hour worked by each hired construction worker (workers typically work 10 hours/day, 5 days/week) or a fixed payment per client — whichever suits you best. The more workers you place, the higher your earnings.
- Flexible working hours.
- Negotiable contract and payment terms. JobStock is primarily interested in a payment based on an hourly rate per worker in euros, but we are flexible in terms of payment, so can discuss other arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients in Germany who require construction crews on construction sites (teams of 4 workers and more).
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and emails to generate leads.
- Promote the JobStock's services and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with ordering companies and track satisfaction with the crews provided.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and JobStock, handling feedback, resolving issues, and coordinating worker replacements if necessary.
- Remote project coordination (client communication and performance reviews).
- Monitor the construction market to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve an annual goal of securing 3-4 long-term clients (projects of at least 2 months).
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development in the construction sector.
- Strong cold-calling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle project requirements remotely.
- Knowledge of the German construction market.
