Partner Account Manager IIG

Your impact:
- As a Partner Account Manager, you will work with our Indirect Channel Partners to ensure that our IIG customers have the right Heartstream devices to meet the needs of their patients.
- Through your trusted relationships and tactical account planning with our Indirect Channel Partners, you will maximise order intake, sales, price realisation with margin & customer satisfaction to deliver effective positive change and achieve sales forecast.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain business and product information that you can pass on to the Partners
- You will work with the Partners to analyse sales, market trends and competition to co-develop a sales strategy for Emergency Care Business (Professional).
- Search and Selection of channel partners in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Securing all Contract Management Processes in a timely fashion: (New Partner Process, Regular DDP, BC setting, contract renewal).
- Normal standard dispute resolution between Philips and Partners
- Expanding and strengthening existing partnerships in close coordination
- Strategic customer visits with the partners (60% of time).
- This role offers you to work from home in Italy, covering Italy, Israel, Greece, Malta and Cyprus.

You’ll thrive in the role if:
- You are educated to Bachelor's/ Master's Degree level in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Professional experience in channel/indirect/partner sales with a commercial mind-set and strategic thinking skills.
- Previous experience with medical devices and an understanding of local healthcare, including procurement processes.
- You’re an excellent communicator with the confidence and resilience to balance internal and external stakeholder priorities founded on trust and loyalty.
- You can do service redesign, workforce costing and modelling, and are comfortable working with data to analyse market trends and opportunities.
- The idea of making a positive patient impact through sharing your expertise energises you.
- Bilingual capability at a commercial level – Italian and English
