This national firm are looking for a Family Law Solicitor (8+ years PQE) who is ready to take the next step in your legal career. The firm are a well-established and highly respected law firm that is expanding nationally – looking for an ambitious Solicitor to open a new office.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to head up your own office under a nationally recognised legal brand. You'll have full operational, compliance, and marketing support to allow you to focus on what you do best – delivering excellent outcomes for clients in children and financial remedy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters independently
• Deliver high standards of client care, advice, and advocacy
• Lead and develop a local team under an established brand
• Play a key role in business development and local networking

About You:

• Minimum 8 years’ PQE in private family law
• Strong experience in both children and financial remedy work
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with a track record of strong billing
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a new chapter in your career
