As we grow, we are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to help shape and share our story across digital platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in designing, producing, and publishing engaging content that elevates our brand, attracts customers and partners, and supports our AI-driven products and programs. You will collaborate closely with the founder and business analyst to deliver consistent, high-quality visual and written content that resonates with a technology-focused audience.

Responsibilities:Content Creation & Design

• Develop and design visual assets such as event posters, product announcements, social banners, and infographics that align with GEN3BLOCK’s brand identity.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for social media channels (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Craft clear, engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and calls-to-action.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all content formats.

Strategy & Publishing

• Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across platforms.
• Coordinate the timing of announcements, product updates, and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in AI, tech, and digital innovation to inform content themes and styles.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Support community management by responding to comments and messages.
• Help grow and nurture our audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord.
• Track content performance, preparing monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

✅ Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating social media content for technology products, startups, or innovation-focused brands.
• Strong design skills, proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Figma.
• Ability to produce and edit short videos optimised for social engagement.
• Excellent written English, with attention to clarity, tone, and audience relevance.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content.
