We’re scaling fast, investing significantly in paid social, and we’re looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist who can turn insight into ads that stop the scroll, connect emotionally, and drive measurable results.

The Role

You’ll be the creative brain behind our Meta ads engine. Your job isn’t to just make ads look good – it’s to ensure every creative is engineered to perform. You’ll sit between strategy, creative, and performance: analysing data, spotting patterns, and turning them into clear creative directions for our designers, editors, and UGC creators.

We’re looking for someone with direct experience selling digital health, fitness, or wellness content/education products through Meta ads. You know what it takes to move people from passive scrolling to active buying in this space. We’ll also strong consider candidates with a strong DTC product experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy for Meta ads, across the full funnel (awareness → conversion).
  • Turn customer insights, surveys, and data into sharp ad angles, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Partner with media buyers to identify creative testing priorities and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Brief and direct designers, editors, and UGC creators to produce scroll-stopping content.
  • Maintain a structured creative testing and refresh process to avoid fatigue and scale winners.
  • Build and own a library of top-performing creatives, insights, and learnings.
  • Balance direct-response performance with maintaining Goodnick’s brand voice (energetic, intelligent, emotionally honest).
  • Stay ahead of platform and creative trends on Meta to ensure our ad strategy remains best-in-class.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating and scaling Meta ads for digital health, fitness, wellness, or education products.
  • A portfolio of ad concepts that demonstrate strong hooks, emotional storytelling, and performance impact.
  • Deep understanding of Meta ad metrics (thumb-stop ratio, CTR, hook retention, MER, CAC, ROAS).
  • A strategic thinker who can turn insight into action — and explain the why behind the creative.
  • Ability to brief and direct creative teams, not just execute hands-on.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment with significant ad spend.
  • Strong communicator who can balance data with creative storytelling.
