The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Covers & All, with a strong focus on expanding market presence, scaling B2B and wholesale channels, and building strong customer relationships across retail, commercial, hospitality, real estate, and institutional segments.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented leader with proven experience in sales and business development within the outdoor/home products or custom manufacturing space. The National Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership to execute aggressive growth strategies aligned with the brand’s expansion goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for custom covers and protective solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with retailers, furniture manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitality groups, property management companies, and institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Client & Channel Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, channel partners, architects, designers, and large-scale buyers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, volume contracts, and custom projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction and margin discipline.
- Ensure seamless order-to-delivery experience and effectively resolve escalations.
Market Development:
- Drive penetration into new market segments and strengthen presence in high-potential territories.
- Collaborate with marketing, product/design, and supply chain teams to align offerings with demand and provide input on new product development, fabric options, and customization features.
- Represent Covers & All at major trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in national or regional sales, preferably in outdoor/home products, custom manufacturing, protective covers, furniture, or related B2B categories.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing large/key accounts.
- Strong understanding of B2B, wholesale, channel sales, and project-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, remote environment.
- Experience with custom or made-to-order products is a strong plus.
