The Company

This organisation is a large multi-brand training group currently transforming how it uses data, automation and technology.

With several businesses operating under one group, they are investing heavily in standardising systems, strengthening their data infrastructure and enabling more automated, insight-driven decision making.

The BI function sits at the centre of this transformation, supporting teams across sales, learner performance, compliance and operations.

The Role

As a Senior BI & Insight Analyst, you will work across the full BI lifecycle, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day reporting needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Managing BI support requests, including troubleshooting, report improvements and user access
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insight
• Supporting data modelling and reporting structures
• Delivering analysis across sales performance, learner outcomes and operational efficiency
• Contributing to the development of a more unified and scalable data platform

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, DAX and data modelling
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with ETL processes and data pipelines would be beneficial
• Experience delivering solutions across the full BI lifecycle
• The ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Experience working in fast-paced or complex organisations
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
