Join us as we push boundaries and reimagine what’s possible in healthcare technology. About The Role We are seeking a talented and driven HR Business Partner to join our growing Talent and People. In this role, you will partner with our tech team to ensure strong people and business processes, alignment and look for ways to help us plan for scalability. This role will report to the Head of People and Culture. What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records (HiBob), documentation, reporting and compliance
- Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding through to offboarding
- Partner with wider HR Team and other key stakeholders to resolve HR matters and queries
- Support the management of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure accurate records are kept in line with data protection and audit requirement
- Generate reports as required for HR and management purposes.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
About You
- A qualification in a HR related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a HR role
- Enjoy working within a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience with tools such as Google Suite, DocuSign and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Willingness to work across various aspects of HR ops and administration
- Excellent effective time management and prioritising skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
- Knowledge or experience of HR practices
