Brand Identity and Marketing Designer
We have an incredible opportunity for a Brand Identity and Marketing designer to serve as our Creative Director. Join our Member Experience Team to help shape and amplify our organization's visual identity. We're seeking a Brand Identity and Marketing Designer who will lead brand development and elevate marketing collateral across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate has at least five years of professional experience in brand identity and marketing design, with experience working on a brand with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other mainstream tools, including PowerPoint and Keynote.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine the organization’s visual brand identity by defining and documenting brand guidelines for consistency across all channels.
- Oversee and update brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Audit existing materials to ensure alignment with our current brand standards.
- Lead design and execution for visually compelling event collateral, including banners, signage, programs, and badges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt designs for in-person, virtual, and hybrid event formats.
- Develop and produce engaging membership content such as welcome kits, renewal notices, brochures, reports, surveys, and presentations.
- Create branded templates for PowerPoint/Keynote and recurring communications.
- Design visually appealing email templates for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and announcements; maintain a reusable library of design assets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and business development to optimize visual elements for increased engagement and brand consistency.
- Support and enhance website design and content updates to reflect our brand standards and highlight new publications, articles, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in brand identity and marketing design, preferably with an Experience Brand.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing collateral, and web design.
- Experience managing production timelines for digital and print assets.
- Ability to creatively solve design problems and adapt brand elements to multiple formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
