Now, we are looking for an experienced, agile, and collaborative Regional COE Focal to join our team in a fully remote role within the United States.
The Role
As the Regional COE Focal, you will act as the key link between the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) and regional/local stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting process optimization, driving compliance to global standards, and ensuring the effective implementation of operational improvements across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between global COE teams and regional/local business units.
- Monitor and support the implementation of global processes, tools, and initiatives across the region.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development and rollout of best practices.
- Ensure alignment to global governance and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and training to in-market teams on new processes and systems.
- Support change management and communication activities for regional COE initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Commercial Operations.
About You
You’re an excellent communicator, highly organized, and thrive in a global matrix environment. You’re passionate about operational excellence and enjoy bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a global or regional operations, transformation, or COE role.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Experience leading or supporting change initiatives across geographies.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies a plus.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
