About The Role As the Affiliate Partner Recruitment Lead at Shopify, you'll spearhead the growth of our affiliate marketing program across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your mission: identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates to fuel Shopify Merchants' growth through strategic partnerships. Leverage your proven track record in B2B partnership marketing to build a robust pipeline of content creators, industry influencers, and technology partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and activation, while staying ahead of industry trends to optimize program performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to onboard high-value affiliates across EMEA.
• Utilize your network and industry knowledge to generate high-quality prospects.
• Engage with potential partners, offering tailored partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth partner activation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Shopify updates.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in affiliate/partnership marketing, focusing on partner recruitment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in affiliate partnership development within B2B or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new partnerships and closing high-value opportunities.
• Ability to navigate partnership negotiations across different organization levels.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
