With major global build-outs underway, the demand for experienced recruiters in this space is only growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver retained search assignments across design, build, operations, and technical leadership in DC projects
• Partner with hyperscalers, co-location providers, and infrastructure firms driving expansion across EMEA
• Build deep networks of DC professionals across real estate, MEP, commissioning, and operations
• Collaborate with an expert research team to ensure delivery on high-complexity mandates
• Shape the firm's growth strategy for Data Centres – with autonomy and trust

Who We’re Looking For

• 360 recruitment experience in Data Centre, Mission Critical, Infrastructure, or Energy verticals
• Proven track record of placing mid-to-senior candidates in technical environments
• Strategic mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Commercially motivated, with an interest in energy, infrastructure, and global transformation
• Ambitious self-starter ready to build and own a core market
