THE ROLE

We have a new role in our growing organisation for an experienced, passionate, Summit Producer to join the team. You will take ownership of your own event programmes and be experienced in researching, developing content programmes and securing high-level speakers.

This role could be at a more junior or senior level with level of responsibility, KPIs and speaker outreach adjusted accordingly.

Reporting into the Chief Editor & Content Director, you will:

• Take ownership of an event programme; develop and produce content briefs and market maps.
• Research and keep up-to-date with industry challenges to build market-leading programmes and develop content ideas.
• Design and recommend programme format, content and timings.
• Find, approach and secure all speakers - experience of securing high-level speakers a must.
• Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and develop long term relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, industry organisations and the media.
• Have a flair for writing copy to help market your programmes.

We are looking for…

• A minimum of 5 years Content Production experience - AI, tech, healthcare conference production experience would be a bonus.
• Experience of working on large scale events (multi-track, multi-day summits with 100+ speakers preferred).
• Proven experience of delivering successful content programmes on repeat events and launch summits.
• Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise, work independently, lead and inspire others.
• Experience of using digital tools or social media to increase audience engagement.
• Curiosity, creativity and problem-solving ability.
