Graphics Designer

Role: Graphics Designer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay rate: $30/hr to $34/hr.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that push the brand forward into the future

• Actively participate in and lead by example during design critiques and brainstorms

• Research new and groundbreaking inspiration for concepts across both digital and physical communication pieces

• Mentor junior designers by giving effective feedback, guiding them through projects, and helping elevate their work

• Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within larger projects, managing time efficiently and productively

• Take complex concepts and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven experience working within all three of the following environments (at any point in your career): a large organization, a technology company, and a publicly traded company. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful design solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required). Working knowledge of Figma and other modern design and production tools.

• Highly collaborative and open to feedback. Strong communication and concept presentation abilities.
• Creative thinker with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
