Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, improving operational efficiency, monitoring inventory, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across procurement, logistics, and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand planning, and replenishment activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning to minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of supply chain data within ERP systems.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
