Senior UX Designer – iGaming / Sports gaming

Remote (AU only)

One of Australia’s most exciting digital wagering operators is entering a major growth phase and they’re investing heavily in their product and design function to match. With strong funding, huge product ambitions, and a leadership team focused on scale, our client is building a platform that’s fast becoming a serious player in the iGaming and sports entertainment space.

We’re helping them find a Senior UX Designer who can shape intuitive, impactful experiences across mobile and web. This isn’t a UI hand-off role, it’s about crafting full journeys, solving real user problems, and embedding player-first thinking into every part of the product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the UX design process across key product initiatives, from early research through to final delivery
• Turning insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that works across mobile and web
• Co-creating customer journeys, roadmaps, and value propositions with real business impact
• Applying user research to guide decision-making and constantly improve the player experience
• Presenting work confidently with a clear narrative backed by data and design thinking
• Mentoring and supporting the uplift of design capability across the wider team
• Evolving the existing design system for scale, quality, and consistency

What Makes You Great:

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio that tells your story
• Mastery of Figma (or whatever tools you use to bring great design to life)
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and agile ways of working
• Strong communicator, able to simplify the complex and get buy-in from stakeholders
• Curious, collaborative, and always pushing to make the product (and yourself) better
• Organised across multiple streams of work without sacrificing quality or pace

Bonus Points If You’ve Got:

• Experience designing for complex or enterprise systems
• Contributed to or owned a design system
• Worked in wagering, fintech, or any other highly regulated digital environment
